- Same-day Express delivery (Dhaka Metropolitan City only).
- Inside Dhaka delivery: Deliver within 1-3 business days
- Outside Dhaka delivery: Deliver within 5-7 business days
The following conditions will be valid for Return & Exchange Policy

How to exchange:
- If you face any issue with our Product, immediately call us or, you can directly message us on our Official Facebook page / Instagram Account once you receive the Product.
- Alternatively, you can send us back the product (with the money receipt) to our official address and ask for a refund/exchange.
Also, please note that,
- The customer needs to send us the scanned copy or image of the invoice of the courier service that the customer used during the return process.
- After receiving the Product, Red Rover will check the product according to your complaint and then issue for exchange or refund.
