Order Policy:

• Order is possible for available items only
• Paid orders can be cancelled or refunded, for both Cash on Delivery (COD) & Online Payments.
• Home Delivery orders will be processed after the confirmation from our Customer Care representative.
• Please contact our Customer Care for any kind of order-related issues.

Pricing policy:

• All our product prices are included of VAT & TAX
• The price of a product might vary according to the styles and fabrics used.
• Technical errors in pricing information might take place due to system malfunction. In such a situation, Red Rover has the authority to cancel the order. We apologize for any inconvenience that may occur.

Shipping Policy:

We have affiliated with a third-party parcel provider (Pathao) to deliver your order accurately, in good condition, and on time.

Please note our shipping policy as follows:

• Same-day Express delivery (Dhaka Metropolitan City only).
• Inside Dhaka delivery: Deliver within 1-3 business days
• Outside Dhaka delivery: Deliver within 5-7 business days

Please note that we are associated with a shipping company to deliver orders. Hence, the delivery process is not completely in our control. We apologize for the occurrence of any damage & promise to compensate for it.

Color Inconsistency:

We have tried our best to portray the accurate color of the products on the website. However, still customers might experience color inaccuracy due to monitor discrepancies.

Information Inconsistency Disclaimers:
