We are committed to achieving our customer's ultimate satisfaction. And following this, we did our best to make a return policy with extended service, which is much more suitable for our valuable customers.

Shipping Policy:

We have affiliated with third party parcel provider (Pathao) to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time.

Please note our shipping policy as follows:

• Same-day Express delivery (Dhaka Metropolitan City only).
• Inside Dhaka delivery: Deliver within 1-3 business days
• Outside Dhaka delivery: Deliver within 5-7 business days

The following conditions will be valid for Return & Exchange Policy

1. If our Product failed to meet your quality expectations, such as -
   • Physically Damaged Product
   • Major Defects
   • Size or, fitting issue
2. If Red Rover delivers the wrong items to the customer.
3. Product Lost during shipment.
4. If any technical error occurred - Wrong Order placement, Money Deduction

How to exchange:

1. If you face any issue with our Product, immediately call us or, you can directly message us on our Official Facebook page / Instagram Account once you receive the Product.
2. Alternatively, you can send us back the product (with the money receipt) to our official address and ask for a refund/exchange.

Also, please note that,

1. The customer needs to send us the scanned copy or image of the invoice of the courier service that the customer used during the return process.
2. After receiving the Product, Red Rover will check the product according to your complaint and then issue for exchange or refund.
