Return and Exchange
We are committed to achieving our customer's ultimate satisfaction. And following this, we did our best to make a return policy with extended service, which is much more suitable for our valuable customers.
The following conditions will be valid for Return & Exchange Policy
- If our Product failed to meet your quality expectations, such as -
- Physically Damaged Product
- Major Defects
- Size or, fitting issue
- If Red Rover delivers the wrong items to the customer.
- Product Lost during shipment.
- If any technical error occurred - Wrong Order placement, Money Deduction
How to exchange:
- If you face any issue with our Product, immediately call us or, you can directly message us on our Official Facebook page / Instagram Account once you receive the Product.
- Alternatively, you can send us back the product (with the money receipt) to our official address and ask for a refund/exchange.
Also, please note that,
- The customer needs to send us the scanned copy or image of the invoice of the courier service that the customer used during the return process.
- After receiving the Product, Red Rover will check the product according to your complaint and then issue an exchange or refund.
- After Claiming for an exchange or refund it will take 7-10 working days to complete the refund and return policy.
